“Athletic Physical Day” on Thursday, May 9, during school
hours. Physicals are free to students, but insurance may be billed.
Physicals will be good for the 2019-2020 school year. You must have
consent forms completed and turned in to Mr. Chiddister on, or before, Thursday
May 9. Contact the High School office with questions. Physical forms are in the office or can be found at
unionrocketsathletics.com under the "more" tab. Permission
slips are in the High School office.
