Where: Union Elementary School

Time: Anytime between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm

Why: Kindergarten pre-screening

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

*social security card

*birth certificate

*immunization records

*physicians and emergency phone numbers

*custody/guardian papers if applicable

What is planned for you and your child:

*we will take a picture of you and your child

*your child will be video-taped while talking to the principal

*your child will rotate around a number of pre-screening stations

*your child will have a vision screening with the nurse

*your child will be screened by our speech pathologist

*you will fill out paperwork while your child is participating in the activities

*punch and cookies will be served

WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING WITH YOU AND YOUR CHILD AS THEY PREPARE FOR THIS EXCITING FIRST STEP TOWARD THEIR EDUCATION.
