Union School Corporation, in accordance with Indiana regulation, will administer a dyslexia screener in the Academic year 2019-2020.  Union will provide this screener to all students in Kindergarten, 1 and 2 grade as well as students in higher grades with teacher referral.  Union will use the screener provided by Star360 and approved by the State of Indiana as a level 1 universal screener. Any students identified under this screener will be provided RTI. Union School corporation employees a Reading Specialist trained in dyslexia to oversee this process.
